The honest part
Every tool looks brilliant on stage. Applying it to your customer enquiries, your finance close or your internal processes means understanding the work, the data involved and the people who will use it. That's where most AI initiatives stall: not on the technology, but on the order things are done in.
Many companies ran a trial licence a year or two ago and still work from the conclusions they drew then. We review what you tested and what you decided, then set it against today's options. The landscape has moved; your assessment can too.
Where no approved approach exists, people use whatever is at hand, often personal or free accounts outside company controls. An agreed workspace and a plain-language policy replace quiet workarounds with a clear yes, and give management something to oversee.
The pilot is designed to produce usage data, real applications from your own teams and honest feedback, and to be clear about what it can't tell you yet.

One working session with your leadership. Deliverables within a few days.
We start from your business priorities, current tools, previous experience and appetite for risk. Then we map the current AI landscape onto your company: security, data privacy and sovereignty, configuration, reporting, costs and working practices. Together we identify where AI supports employees in their work, where a specific process is worth improving or automating, and which tools we'd recommend exploring.

Rationale, data considerations, expected costs, available reporting and how the workspace should be set up.
One revision included. Advisory stands on its own: use the recommendations and decide later whether to continue with us. The outcome may be a workshop programme, a separately scoped process project, or both.

We create or configure the selected business AI workspace: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude, depending on the Advisory recommendation. It comes with the agreed access, settings, controls and connections. We validate that it works as intended before the first workshop. Additional technical work is scoped separately.

Preparation, a four-hour hands-on workshop, several weeks of practical use and a one-hour follow-up, per group of up to 20 people. One shared kickoff and one management closing meeting across all booked groups. How it runs is below.
The pilot
Leadership · one hour
We agree the participant groups, their priorities and the schedule. More importantly, we agree what the pilot should teach you: which goals matter, and which metrics and feedback will tell you whether it worked.

Before the day
We adapt the slides and exercises to the roles in the group, send advance material and verify that tools and access work before the day.
Four hours · up to 20 people · one agreed tool
AI foundations plus hands-on exercises on their actual work: describe a task, improve an answer, check the result.
Several weeks
Over several weeks, participants apply AI to agreed tasks in their daily work. Optional one-to-one coaching is available for individual needs (paid separately).
One hour
A one-hour follow-up with the same group: what worked, what didn't, what surprised them, what they need next.
Participants keep the slides, examples, prompts and instructions. Groups can be built around finance, HR, sales, marketing or leadership.
Leadership · one hour
We bring the findings together: usage data, the applications that emerged, participant feedback, and the limits of what the pilot can show. You receive a management evaluation report with recommended next steps. We also revise your strategy, roadmap and policy where the experience warrants it, and deliver updated documents.
Then management decides what to expand, adjust or investigate further.

Prices exclude VAT. Travel and any software or usage charges are confirmed in your proposal. Optional coaching, additional technical work, process projects and further rollout support are quoted separately.
Further employee training and rollout support can be booked separately. We use the pilot findings to scope the next groups, their preparation and support: additional hands-on workshops, broader online awareness or focused leadership sessions.
Business-process improvement and automation have their own scope. They can start before, alongside or instead of the workshop path when that fits your priorities better.
