Copilot, Cowork and Work IQ for a Swiss software company

Starting point

With around 120 employees, knowledge about products, contracts and policies sat scattered across systems that were not neatly linked. Contract review, compliance checks, presentation creation, customer support and financial analysis all took time because the relevant information first had to be found and pulled together.

Approach

The rollout started with Microsoft 365 Copilot and grew into agentic work: Copilot agents, Cowork and Work IQ extended everyday use. WORXSPACE built the compliance and governance setup with Microsoft Purview and connected internal systems through Microsoft Graph connectors, so Copilot could reach contracts, the knowledge base and other sources. When the switch to consumption billing was coming up, the client insisted the day before on guaranteed continuity: by that point, the business could no longer operate without the tool. There is no clearer sign of how business-critical Copilot had become.

Result

• Copilot agents, Cowork and Work IQ are in daily production use: for search across topics that are not neatly linked, contract review, compliance checks, presentation creation, the software knowledge base, customer support and financial analysis
• Employees save, by their own assessment, dozens of hours per person per month
• The tool is now business-critical: continuity was non-negotiable for the business when it switched to consumption billing
