We measure on site how the Wi-Fi actually performs in the rooms you use: coverage and signal strength, interference from neighbouring networks, capacity where many devices work at once, and how cleanly devices hand over between access points. The result is a recommendation on where access points belong, what can stay and what needs to change. The survey serves as the basis for a new build or for troubleshooting an existing Wi-Fi network.
For most SMEs, UniFi covers what matters day to day: Wi-Fi, switching, gateway, access control and video on one platform with one management interface. That keeps operations manageable. For very large environments or specialised requirements, an enterprise vendor can be the better choice, and if that is the case we will tell you.
Yes. All sites run in one central UniFi management layer, with consistent settings for Wi-Fi, VLANs and firewall rules. That is how we built one consistent network across all sites for a Swiss manufacturing company. Where needed, we also connect sites via site-to-site VPN.
We monitor device availability and health, roll out firmware updates in a controlled way, follow up on anomalies and keep configuration and documentation current. When devices reach the end of their lifecycle, we plan the replacement with you. You don't have to open a dashboard yourself to know your network is running.
Yes, with UniFi Access. Door readers and permissions run on the same platform as the network and, if you want it, video surveillance with UniFi Protect. You grant permissions per person and door, and entries are logged. For a Swiss manufacturing company we deployed UniFi Access as part of the network rollout for door access control.
