Not included: Microsoft licences (passed through transparently) and projects outside of operations, which only happen with a quote upfront. Component pricing is above on this page — per user, per month, no asterisks. A 25-user setup runs around CHF 2,600 per month. On top of that: a one-off initial setup fee (paid upfront or amortised over 12 months) and your Microsoft licences, passed through transparently.
Your tenant belongs to you — we operate it, we don't own it. On request, we configure data residency in the Microsoft Cloud for Switzerland (Swiss datacentre regions).
After the initial setup, the contract rolls every 3 months. If you cancel, you get a clean handover: documentation, configuration, and the tenant all stay fully yours. That's exactly why we have to earn it every quarter.
Not necessarily. If you have internal IT, we work alongside them in the same tenant — we own the platform, security, and lifecycle, and your team keeps its closeness to the business.
