AI & Agents

AI that runs in production. Not on slides.

An AI receptionist that takes real customer calls. A chatbot that knows the company's knowledge — not the internet. And a company we run on agents ourselves. Swiss hosting. Guardrails first.

Build 2026

Microsoft just declared the agent era. We're already running it.

Copilot, Cowork, Scout, the IQ layer: much of it is still preview or reserved for Frontier programmes. The patterns behind it — agents with their own identity, auditable actions, human approvals — you can get from us today.

Copilot & Cowork

Long, multi-step work inside everyday M365 — the new normal.

Microsoft Scout

The always-on agent from Build 2026. Built on OpenClaw — the same platform our own agents run on.

Work IQ & Foundry IQ

The intelligence layer for agents. We already use Foundry IQ in client projects today.

Entra Agent ID

Every agent with its own, controlled identity — the governance model we work with internally.

The honest part

The guardrails are the product.

The AI is the easy part. The real work is in what it's allowed to say, when it hands off to a human, and what happens when it doesn't know something. An agent without answers to those questions is a risk with a friendly greeting.

What the AI isn't allowed to do

Every agent has defined boundaries: what it can read, what it can write, what it never does on its own. That gets configured, not hoped for.

Humans give the go-ahead

Sending, deleting, paying, committing — that stays with a human. Agents prepare, decision-makers decide.

Its own identity, a full audit trail

Agents operate with their own, controlled identity (Entra Agent ID). Every action is traceable to an actor and auditable.

We'll also tell you where AI isn't worth it

Some processes don't need an agent — just a script. Or nothing at all. We'll tell you before the project starts, not after.

Listen to the receptionist. Then let's talk.

In the intro call, we'll show you the systems live — and tell you honestly what makes sense for your company. And what doesn't.
