Microsoft 365 Copilot for a Swiss trade association

With around 15 employees, knowledge about members, topics and policies sat scattered across systems that were not neatly linked. Creating presentations and member communications took time, and checking documents against internal guidelines was done manually.

Approach

WORXSPACE prepared the tenant for the rollout: data hygiene and permissions were cleaned up so Copilot only sees what it should. Only then came the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot, backed by targeted adoption support for the small team. Day to day, Copilot helps find information across topics that are not neatly linked, draft and polish presentations and member communications, and check documents against internal guidelines. The rollout builds on the association's existing Azure environment, which WORXSPACE had migrated earlier.
