AI & Agents — the path

01Enable

AI doesn't start with licences. It starts with people.

The most expensive AI rollout is the one nobody uses. Our training gets teams and leadership genuinely ready — what AI can do, what it can't, and how to work with it safely. Only then do the tools pay off.

The modules

Half-day or full-day · on-site or remote · German or English · combinable by role

Everyone

Understanding AI — and its limits

How language models work, why they hallucinate, how to spot it. No hype, no fear — just good judgement.

Team

Prompting in practice

From a vague wish to a usable instruction — practised on your real work cases: emails, reports, analyses, translations.

Everyone

Working safely with AI

What's allowed into the AI and what isn't. Customer data, nDSG, internal documents — clear rules instead of quiet uncertainty.

Team

Copilot in everyday M365

Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel: where Copilot genuinely saves time today — and where you're better off doing it yourself.

Leadership

Leadership workshop

Where does AI pay off for us? Prioritise use cases, set policies, and be able to justify the investment.

Selected

Enabling champions

Build internal multipliers who carry it forward after training — adoption doesn't stop on course day.

From the field

Training as phase 1 of the Copilot and Cowork rollout

  • Swiss software company, finance division
  • Microsoft 365 environment
  • 2026

Starting point

Copilot and Cowork were about to be rolled out — but knowledge levels and working rules across the team were inconsistent. Rolling out licences first would have cost money and bred scepticism.

Approach

Training as the first phase: hands-on sessions on fundamentals, prompting, and safe use — before the rollout, not as after-the-fact retraining.

Result

The Copilot/Cowork rollout lands on prepared ground: shared language, clear rules, realistic expectations — the tools meet people who can actually use them.

What you get

  • Practised on your real work cases — not toy examples
  • Split by role: teams and leadership learn different things
  • nDSG-aware working rules that apply across the company afterwards
  • Playbooks to keep — what's learned becomes routine, not a memory
  • Delivered by a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)

How it works

  1. 01

    Baseline assessment

A short survey before training: roles, tools, knowledge level, data landscape — so the content actually lands.

  2. 02

    Training

Modules combined as needed, half-day or full-day. Hands-on, in your environment, with your cases.

  3. 03

    Embed it

Playbooks and guardrails for the company — and a clear handover point into the Copilot/Cowork rollout (step 02).

Where does your company stand today?
